• Identity and contact: name, email address and phone number (provided through our contact and quote forms, by email or by phone).
• Request details: subject, request type, message and the page from which the form was sent.
• Security data: IP address, browser and device information, date and time of visits.
• Usage data: page views and navigation information collected through cookies.

We do not ask for special categories of personal data on our website; please do not include such information in your message.

04Legal Grounds and Collection Method

It is processed on the legal grounds in Article 5 of the KVKK: it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, it is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation and it is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.

We ask for your explicit consent for non-essential analytics cookies and for processing that requires transfer abroad; you may withdraw your consent at any time.

05Transfers

Your personal data may be shared, only for the purposes above, with our hosting, email and IT service providers and with legally authorised public authorities.

Because our website uses Google Analytics and Google Maps, some usage data may be processed by Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. on servers located abroad. Such transfers are carried out in line with Article 9 of the KVKK.

Our website uses the following types of cookies:

• Analytics cookies: Google Analytics measures visits and page usage; this information is not matched with your identity.

07Retention and Security

08Your Rights under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and, where the conditions are met, its deletion or destruction, and to have these actions notified to the third parties concerned; to object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.
